Why Should You Buy Wrinkle Cream

If you’re on the fence when it comes to wrinkle cream, stay right where you are! You’re about to learn something that may in fact change how you approach future wrinkle cream purchases. Is this information ground-breaking or mind boggling? No, not necessarily; but it will make you think twice before rushing into any anti-wrinkle cream purchase.Whether you want to believe it or not, you don’t have to buy wrinkle cream with the hopes of getting rid of wrinkles. Why not? Because you can get wrinkle cream absolutely free! It’s shocking, but 100% true. How can you get free wrinkle cream? Simple, you just have to find out who’s giving it away.Wait a second though! Before you can go off on your search for free wrinkle cream providers, you need to be aware of the catch. “I knew it. There had to be a catch because this was just too good to be true!” Yes, there is indeed a catch, but it’s nothing you can’t handle. The catch is basically the phrase “free trial”, as it is the term that wrinkle cream companies use so that they can offer “free” wrinkle cream to people without appearing to be liars. What does “free trial” mean? Basically, it means a person is permitted to evaluate an anti-wrinkle cream for a predetermined period of time — during such time, they’ll have the chance to draw their own conclusions pertaining to the overall effectiveness of the cream. Understand? “Uh, no.” Alright then, here’s the explanation in layman’s terms: you get to test the wrinkle cream out for a short time and then decide whether or not you like it.”What happens if I don’t like it?” Nothing. If the cream doesn’t work for you, the company does not require you to pay for it. On the other hand, though, if the cream does work and you wish to continue using it, it will no longer be free. In fact, some companies may actually charge you for this supposed “free” anti-wrinkle cream due to your continued use. However, that’s beside the point — the important thing to remember is that you are getting the chance to try newly developed wrinkle cream for free. That, and that alone, is precisely why you shouldn’t pass up such a great offer. In case you haven’t figured it out, testing different types of wrinkle cream is absolutely vital to finding the perfect cream for you. Unfortunately though, buying %26 testing large quantities of wrinkle cream can be a bit on the expensive side. As a matter of fact, some people wind up spending hundreds of dollars merely to find an effective wrinkle cream that they can START using regularly. Hundreds of dollars just to find a suitable wrinkle cream to use. Ask yourself, is that even possible with your current budget? It’s probably safe to say that it isn’t — and you’d likely be hard pressed to even come up with $200 a month for anti-wrinkle cream products, correct? Well, if that is indeed the case, then you really need these wrinkle cream free trail offers. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be able to find a decent wrinkle cream for your skin without spending a small fortune!

Are there any serious skin care products? Here is how to find them

Are there any serious skin care products? Here is how to find them

Don’t buy a serious skin care product, unless you read the ingredients first. There have been many complaints about products purchased from television and internet ads. Most people criticize the company, but it is the customer shares in the responsibility. Either, you do your homework and are satisfied or believe the advertising hype and lose your money. The choice is yours. Here’s some info to get you started. As you may know, the phrase mentioned in the title and in the first paragraph is actually connected to a line of cosmetics sold mostly on home shopping network. While HSN may be a great place to buy jewelry and clothing, there are certain things that you should never buy there. Why? Because, there is never enough information to make sure that you are getting what you truly want. So, many customers come away dissatisfied. If you can evaluate a serious skin care product before you buy, the first thing to do is read the label and look at the list of ingredients. There are many things that you simply do not want on your face, hands or body and they are often found in cosmetics. Here’s a short list of what to avoid.Acrylamide, diethanolamine (DEA), monoetanolamine (MEA), triethanolamine (TEA), dioxane, nitrosamines, padimate-O or octyl dimethyl and polyethylene glycol (PEG) are all commonly used in creams and lotions. They are all either known or suspected carcinogens. That is cancer causing agents in layman’s terms.Methyl, propyl, butyl and ethyl parabens are commonly used as preservatives and are suspected of interfering with the endocrine system. If you have an allergic reaction to a so-called serious skin care product or you develop a rash, it is probably due to these ingredients. It is amazing how many cosmetic companies use some form of alcohol for various purposes in their products. Any kind of liquid alcohol will strip natural oils and cause dryness. It also changes the natural pH balance and makes you vulnerable to bacterial and viral infections. Alcohols also promote age spots, discoloration and premature aging. If something is truly a serious skin care product, it should contain nothing unnatural, nothing that could be harmful to your body. Everything that you put on your face or hands is absorbed through your pores and eventually ends up in your blood stream. You may as well be eating it. But, you even have to watch out for the “natural” products. Many contain mineral oil which clogs the pores. Others contain emollients and other oils that can become rancid if kept past the use-by date. If refined oil is used, they become poisonous. Also, a serious skin care product should not contain artificial or even natural fragrances. Your sense of smell is very important and odors affect your mental well being. Ask anyone who uses aromatherapy. While some smells are pleasant and relaxing, others cause depression, hyperactivity and irritability. Too, constant use of products containing a fragrance will eventually damage your sense of smell, which is connected to your sense of taste. Everything in the body is connected. If you really want a serious skin care product, you should look for one that is created with your health in mind. Softness, smoothness and a radiant glow accompany good health. Isn’t that what you want?

Going Through an Addiction Treatment

October 27th, 2008 by admin

Going Through an Addiction Treatment

Compulsive cravings, seeking and attempting to use substances, specifically drugs just to obtain the euphoric feeling that helps to break away from the harsh reality of the world – this is what a person addicted or hooked on drugs feel. He has the push for drug ingestion, no matter where he is, no matter what time of the day it may be. He is having a brain disease, he is experiencing addiction. A disease that is unceasing which requires him to undergo addiction treatment. In scientific point of view, addiction may be defined as a compulsion of an individual to repeat certain kind of behavior regardless of its consequences and dangers to his health, mental state or even social life. It develops into a form of an illness of the brain within a span of time of usage. However to put it in a much simpler way, in layman’s term, addiction is synonymous to devotion, dedication or even attachment to something. Oftentimes, addiction stemmed from a voluntary act which in the long run becomes uncontrolled up to the stage that it becomes a part of one’s life. Thus, the difficult element in treating addiction is the part when the drug addicted person, himself, admits that he is having a problem and that he needs help, because it is only when he finally acknowledges his shortcoming that the addiction treatment may prosper.Addiction treatments can help change a person’s disparaging behavior and help them stay away from a life of substance and drug addiction. One has to understand that treatments take time to effect, and it is a long-term course which needs patience and perseverance. Treatment is not only for the addicted person, it goes for all the people around him. They also need education and knowledge regarding the situation that their loved one is going through. This is basically for the reason that a person going through treatment needs all the support and encouragement he needs to leap over a difficult phase in his life.Treatments include detoxification, treatments proper and the prevention of relapse. Most of the time, withdrawal symptoms occur during the initial phase of the treatment and this is what should be eased. Afterwards, the relapse prevention becomes a focus in order to maintain the effectivity of the alcohol rehabilitation. However the treatment does not end here, continuous care and concern is given t the person under treatment and if possible, all aspects of his life is addressed and followed up in order to achieve his substance-free life. Addiction treatments differ in methods and approaches. Several alcohol rehabilitation treatments employ counseling and other behavioral therapies as the vital components. But no matter how these treatments may be conducted, it remains a fact that the treatment is tailored to the needs of the individual seeking for help. Thus, understandably there is no single treatment appropriate for all individuals. Treatments are modified in order to keep up with the changing needs of the individual as well. Lastly, it is best to be reminded that the best addiction treatment still remains to be prevention.

Blepharitis Treatment without Medicine

October 27th, 2008 by admin

Blepharitis Treatment without Medicine

Blepharitis, in layman’s words, is the inflammation of the eyelids accompanied with such symptoms as redness, itching, burning, excessive tearing, blurred vision, and dry eye. These symptoms are associated with bacterial infections on the lids. As currently there is no effective cure for blepharitis, treatment of blepharitis involves controlling the condition. In most cases, blepharitis can be effectively prevented by maintaining adequate hygiene. But for more serious cases, medications or natural treatment of blepharitis should also be considered. The basic treatment of blepharitis involves keeping the lids clean. You should apply warm compresses to your lids to loosen crusts and then scrub the eyelids with a cotton swab. Baby shampoo has been used traditionally for eyelid hygiene, but it is not antibacterial and long time use of it will make the skin dry. As blepharitis does not disappear completely and reoccurrence is common, regular eyelid hygiene is important to prevent its reoccurrence.Blepharitis is not a serious condition but still requires your attention as it could last for a lifetime. If you are familiar with the symptoms mentioned above, your eyes should be checked for other complications such as glaucoma. Do remember not to scratch your eyelids in order to avoid infection. Certain drugs, such as anti-depressants or blood-pressure-lowering tablets may cause sore eyes, so if you are taking these and are suffering from blepharitis, you should tell your doctor and get your doctor’s advice. These drugs may damage your eyes indirectly. If the condition does not improve on its own, it is imperative for you to get it checked out in an Eye Clinic. If your eyelids become inflamed, refrain from any kind of eye makeup or contact lenses. Get sufficient sleep, and avoid eyestrain. Anything that increases eye fatigue worsens the condition. Self-care plays a considerable role in the recovery of blepharitis. In addition to good care, your diet also has an affect. It may sound strange, but a healthy diet does prevent blepharitis. A well-balanced diet that emphasizes fresh fruits, raw vegetables, grains and legumes is useful. The good news is that there also exists a natural treatment of blepharitis which involves vitamins, herbs and supplements. Natural ingredients are included such as vitamin A, carotenoid complex and lutein, all of which are well-known for their benefits for all eye disorders. In addition, vitamin C and bioflavonoid concentrate, which are strong antioxidants with anti-inflammatory properties, are useful. These are all natural and have no side effects. Treatment with these ingredients has become popular recently based on hundreds of successful cases.

Is your immune system ready for the flu season?

October 26th, 2008 by admin

Is your immune system ready for the flu season?

By Dave TishendorfDo you catch a cold or the flu every year around this time? Yep, you guessed it – the “sick season” will soon be here. (Maybe by the time you read this it will already have arrived!) Students are back in school and new strains of bacteria and viruses are making the rounds. Not only does getting the flu or a bad cold make you feel like you’ve been hit by a bus, you also become unproductive and possibly even lose wages at work. Plus, you have a hard time taking part in the day-to-day activities that you need to (or that you enjoy). So what is one of the best defenses against the common cold or flu?Eating the “right” foods and doing the “right” exercises. Do those two things and you’ll not only lose weight, you’ll give your immune system a big boost as well. The following information comes from scientific reports prepared by the Department of Physiology and Nutrition at the University of Navarra. The reports outline the relationship between being overweight and the proper functioning of your immune system. (Yes, it’s a bit technical, but I’ll translate it for you.) ** The immunological processes involved in the collaborative defense of organisms are affected by nutritional status. Thus, a positive chronic imbalance between energy intake and expenditure leads to situations of obesity, which may influence unspecific and specific immune responses mediated by humoral and cell mediated mechanisms. ** Furthermore, several lines of evidence have supported a link between adipose tissue and immunocompetent cells. This interaction is illustrated in obesity, where excess adiposity and impaired immune function have been described in both humans and genetically obese rodents. In layman’s terms, that means your immune system will take a hit if you bring in more calories than you burn through exercise. Those excess, unused calories turn into fat, and fat is no friend of your immune system. And if your immune system isn’t operating at peak efficiency, guess what? That’s right, the chances that the cold and flu bugs will take up residence in your body are considerably higher. Your impaired immune system will fling open the door, and those nasty critters will walk right in.In other words, the more overweight you are, the more often you will get sick. Your body will not fight off viruses and bacteria the way you would like it to.So … here are a couple of recommendations. There is nothing revolutionary about them. You’ve probably heard them before. But if you really want to increase your chances of getting through this flu season unscathed, this time actually put them into effect. As follows:** Exercise daily. Please, you don’t have to overdo it – that’s as bad as not exercising at all. In other words, there’s no need to spend six hours at the gym every day. Just go for a walk for 20 minutes, but do it every day. Your body needs it. And it’s also good for your soul. If possible, go with a friend or your partner. My wife and I walk daily (or nightly) around the edge of our 4-acre property in Eastern Washington state (we call it our “perimeter perambulation”). Our three dogs come with us. Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we’re silent. And here’s a tip: Go at sunset or sunrise. You’ll be amazed at what an experience that can be. Well, that’s it. Pretty simple, right?** Be aware at all times of what you’re putting into your body. Ask yourself whether what you’re about to eat is, well, good for you. Most times the answer is pretty obvious. Just remember that your body is all you have to carry you through this life, so be nice to it, and chances are good it will be nice to you. One nice thing you can do for your body is eat lots of veggies of all varieties. Your body loves veggies, trust me. And it loves whole fruit as well. If you eat grains, eat mostly whole grains instead of flour products. And go easy on the dairy products – they produce mucus and are hard to digest for some people. If you’re like most people you don’t drink enough water. You don’t have to drown yourself, but try to drink it throughout the day. And, as hard as it may be to do, put a limit on the coffee. Try to avoid pop altogether. (I confess that I sometimes fall off the no-pop wagon, especially on hot summer days.) Even diet sodas can whack your immune system for a few hours. Do I have to even mention the pastries, pies, cookies and donuts? Or the ice cream? Sugar inhibits your immune system and is an invitation to all sorts of viral and bacterial bad guys. So unless you really want to ask them in to wreak havoc on that poor defenseless body of yours, don’t answer that particular doorbell too often. Take care, and stay well.

There Is No Effective Alternative To Anti-Depressants For The Treatment Of Depression!

October 25th, 2008 by admin

There Is No Effective Alternative To Anti-Depressants For The Treatment Of Depression!

Anti-depressants are mostly preferred, sought after and used for depression cure. Anti-depressants are available to treat all stages of depression and are easy to use. Besides depression, they are also very helpful in the treatment of panic and anxiety. Hence, it is natural for them to be hot favorites of both doctors and patients. The anti- depressants are so popular that at times, the doctors are pressurized by patients to prescribe these medicines even though they might not require medicines to treat their disorder. However, for a layman, it is hard to decipher whether a person is passing through a phase of sadness or clinical depression. Many a times, it happens that the patient is not suffering from clinical depression but still he opts for anti-depressants in order to obtain quick relief.Apart from the patients of depression, there are certain other patients who are highly dependant on drugs. Even on getting a sneeze, these patients run to the nearby chemist. As soon as they fall ill, they can’t think of surviving without a pill at their disposal. These are people who are unreasonably dependant on several medicines, namely, allopathic, homeopathic or ayurvedic drugs. More often, patients who are over dependant on medicines prefer the allopathic medicines to obtain quick relief. However, one should remember that excessive dependence on medicines is not at all conducive to a person’s overall health in the long run.In contrary to these people who can’t imagine life without medicines, there is another section that attempt to avail of cures for their illnesses without falling back on the medicines. These are the people who try their best to keep away from the medicines and cure their illnesses by opting for natural treatments. These are the people who swear by the natural methods and stay away from the allopathic medicines as far as possible. This is obviously a good habit, but unfortunately it does not prove to be effective all the time. For example, in case of serious illnesses like heart attacks, cancer, renal failures etc, there is no other effective alternative to allopathic cure. In spite of the side-effects that mar the reputation of allopathic medicines, they prove to be the only available mode of treatment for certain diseases and in such a situation, there is no other way but to opt for the medication and treatment recommended by the doctor. Depression is a specific disease that is best tackled by the antidepressants and there seems to be no other cure as effective as allopathic anti-depressants. The popularity of anti-depressants can be gauged from their large-scale distribution over the internet. Xanax is one such anti-depressant that is adequately available in online pharmacies. From an authentic online pharmacy, can buy xanax on prescription. As soon as one moves ahead to buy xanax online, he can avail of significant details on xanax, namely, xanax precaution, the process of xanax withdrawal etc from the website from where he is considering to buy xanax. Depression and various other mental complexities can be treated in the early stages via meditation, listening to music, indulging in hobbies, exercise etc. However, when the depression in a person reaches the advanced stage, these methods of treating depression prove to be of no use at all. In such a situation, there is no other alternative to the antidepressants.

Mishaps in Surgeries can Land you in Depression Without your Knowledge!

October 25th, 2008 by admin

Mishaps in Surgeries can Land you in Depression Without your Knowledge!

Depression can easily be counted among the most widespread of all diseases. Depression, though sounds horrific, is not always serious. Infact in many people it is just a passing phase. One very important depression myth that is deep rooted in the psyche of the layman and that needs to be eradicated as soon as possible is that depression is normal. Depression is a mental disorder and hence it is in no way NORMAL. Even though it is short lived in many cases it may require treatment. Antidepressants constitute the most popular form of depression cure. These depression drugs are also marketed online nowadays in order to make it easy for the people and at the same time to make money. As a result people buy xanax and its counterparts online. However one can’t buy xanax online just like that. There are certain formalities that need to be fulfilled alongside having the xanax prescription. One also has to make sure whether the xanax benefits will be enough to ward of depression in the concerned person. However, there are also instances when clinical depression gets cured without xanax or for that matter any treatment whatsoever. This in no way means that one should wait for depression to get healed on its own. The moment the disease is diagnosed one should seek treatment. Depression diagnosis is another matter of concern. Thanks to the symptoms, depression often escapes the common eye under the garb of sadness. Delay in seeking treatment is a very important factor why today the disease is so widespread. Depression though is a mental ailment, many a times it springs from physical matters and even though the causes of depression are external, at times the disease is also hereditary. Among the external causes, depression can also be an aftermath in many cases. Surgeries for different ailments can also lay the seeds of depression in the concerned person. Depression after surgeries is not a very uncommon phenomenon. It does happen at times and it is perfectly curable if the patient in question is alert and recognizes the depression symptoms. Depression resulting as a side effect of a certain surgery can be really fatal if it is ignored. Depression after surgery can take up such grave proportions that it can even drive a person to suicide! In certain cases some mishaps caused in surgeries damage nerves and muscles permanently as a result of which the patient becomes a victim of incontinence. This is exactly what happened to a woman more than a decade back in 1996. She was operated by a doctor named Dominic velar who was to repair an anal fissure that occurred in her childbirth. Unfortunately, the doctor made an incision too big and damaged her nerves and muscles and made her a patient of incontinence. She suffered depression for ten long years that took a toll on her marriage and brought her near to suicide. She failed to take notice of the fact she was suffering depression and thought her condition was a result of the strains of bringing up her children. Though according to law a person can’t sue after three years of the alleged issue, the woman in question was allowed to sue her doctor even after 10 years as the victim was completely unaware of the causes that landed her in this grave condition.

Sinusitis Cures- A New Treatment Therapy is Available by Walter Ballenberger

October 24th, 2008 by admin

I am one of the 35,000,000 Americans who suffer from chronic sinusitis. I’ve looked at numerous potential sinusitis cures over the years and have undergone two painful sinus operations. I still was coming down with sinus infections after that, which was pretty discouraging, and I had to make lifestyle changes I wasn’t pleased with. Over the past four years or so I’ve found help using pulsating nasal irrigation with a saline solution, and the situation is relatively “under control”. I still get clogged up most nights, however, and have to take several medications, including a steroid spray.

Research has been done by the Mayo Clinic in the hope of finding new sinusitis cures. I’ve been in touch with one of the physicians on the Mayo Clinic research team who advised me that there is a new therapy which may actually treat the root cause of chronic sinusitis in many people. In this article I’ll summarize in layman’s terms the results of the research.

The research showed that people with chronic sinusitis have a different immune response in their nasal cavities to naturally occurring fungi, which they showed is present in the nasal cavities of almost everyone. The research team was able to demonstrate that in some people (chronic sinusitis sufferers) certain white blood cells, known as eosinophites, activate and thereby produce a chemical, called MBP, which causes damage to nasal membranes. Bacteria can then invade the damaged areas and cause sinus infections. It therefore made sense that an option in the search for new sinusitis cures would be to treat the fungus rather than treat the bacteria with an antibiotic, which is often the therapy followed conventionally.

Mayo Clinic studies have shown that 75% of chronic sinusitis sufferers saw improvement when treated with a topical fungicide. The Therapy is called topical antifungal therapy. An antifungal called Amphotericin B has already been approved by the FDA for other treatments and is normally administered to patients as an injection. For sinusitis cures it is made into a topical nasal spray and applied daily. The recommended dose is 100 micrograms/ml. This medication is generally not available in most pharmacies today. One must get the prescription filled through a compounding pharmacy such as Anazao.

The best thing to do is find a physician who is trained in administering this therapy, and that doctor can no doubt explain how to obtain the medication prescribed.

In some people the eosinophiles do not react to fungi present in the nasal mucus, and these people generally do not have chronic sinusitis. Why the eosinophiles act differently in different people is not yet known. Also, it is difficult to administer a test which will tell if one person has this type of reaction occur in his body or not. However, this theory would explain why some people are chronic sinusitis sufferers even after extensive conventional treatments or sinus operations. The conventional therapies and surgeries to date have simply not addressed this issue, since it was not known prior to the Mayo Clinic studies and patient tests.

Chronic sinusitis sufferers should be aware that this new therapy is available today in some locations, that it is gaining popularity, and it is becoming part of the arsenal of sinusitis cures available. People desperate for help should try to locate a physician who has been trained to administer this treatment and determine if it would help in their case. If you cannot locate such treatment in your area, please go to http://www.postnasaldrip.net and click the Contact Us button and we’ll try to help, but travel may be required.

Stress Induced Hair Loss: The Bald Truth

October 23rd, 2008 by admin

Stress is something almost all of us have to live with. It’s a fact of life, and while it can have it’s beneficient effects, like spurring us on to greater achievements and making us far more focused and intense at a task, taken to an extreme stress can be detrimental to a person, both psychologically and physiologically. One of more annoying effects of extreme stress is a scientific condition called Telogen Effluvium. In layman’s terms, this scary sounding name actually means that a person’s hair starts thinning due to stress.
Stress doesn’t directly contribute to one’s hair loss, however. Despite what most people may think, it’s actually a proven fact that the stress a person feels doesnt have a direct physical bearing on that person’s hair loss. Being stressed out doesn’t cause your hair to pop off your head faster; rather, when a person is under stress, he/she actually falls into certain personal habits that lead to hair loss. These personal habits ARE a direct effect of stress, and dealing with them will help to minimize stress-related hair loss. Here are a few of these habits, and a few precautions you can take to avoid them:
Poor Diet %26#8211; When people are overstressed, they tend to neglect their eating habits. A person who has an unbalanced diet will eventually suffer from a lot of different physical ailments, and frankly hair loss would be the least of a person’s worries in this case. However, hair loss is a relatively mild warning sign that you should correct your diet and start eating right. To show how a poor diet affects a person’s hair, here is a little fact: normally a person WILL shed hair, roughly about 100 follicles a day, andthese are eventually replaced by the body naturally.
People who have an unbalanced diet will usually lose 200 to 300 hairs in a given day, more than the body can replenish immediately, and THIS causes hair loss. By getting a balanced diet rich in protein, with low fats and carbohydrate content, this type of hair loss can eventually be overcome, as the added nutrients will bring the rate at which you shed your hair to normal levels, and eventually your scalp will replenish your hair naturally.
Alchohol And Cigarettes %26#8211; sad to say, as a result of stress some people turn to vices to cope with the stress. Alchohol and cigarettes are relaxants, and being readily available and legal, are sometimes overindulged in by people going through periods of high stress. While taken in moderate amounts, both of these vices already carry their own corresponding health risks. However, in times of stress even people who are merely casual social drinkers or smokers may suddenly increase their intake as a means of coping. During these times, the increased intake of alchohol or nicotine causes physical problems. You may have noticed that habitual chain-smokers, for example, have yellowed finger nails or yellow teeth.
Aside from these obvious effects, it’s been shown in studies that hair loss is also one fo the effects of over indulgence in booze or smokes. The remedy for this is obvious; quit smoking or drinking. However, even if you’re not ready or willing to give them up just yet, then at the very least cut back a bit, and avoid the habit of turning to the bottle or grabbing your lighter whenever you get stressed out.
Hair-Fiddling %26#8211; funny as it seems, a lot of people still carry nervous habits with them throughout life that become more apparent in times of stress. Some of these can actually lead to hair loss. There are people who bite their nails, fiddle with their purse, twirl a ballpen%26#8230; then there are the people who fiddle with their hair in one form or another. Some girls, for example, have the habit of chewing the ends of their hair when nervous, which leads to a lot of split ends. The nervous habits that most lead to hair loss are ones that involve more drastic versions of hair-nibbling, like actually pulling or twisting your own hair when annoyed, or scratching your head when stumped.
If you’re one of the people who indulges in these nervous habits, then the solution is pretty much to discipline yourself to stop yanking your hair out by the roots whenever your kids blow up the kitchen or your boss starts screaming at you for your deadlines. If you must have a nervous habit, find something relatively harmless %26#8211; buy a stressball, it’ll even strengthen your grip.
Despite these sage little pieces of advice, however the fact remains that stress is still, ultimately, the cause of your hair falling out. The remedies given here are not permanent fixes, just patch jobs to stall the problem. If you really want to stop your own personal case of Telogen Effluvium (man, the name still sounds scary!), find a way to deal with your stress. Learn to laugh at your problems more, read a book, get more exercise, find a new hobby.
Above all, keeping healthy and having a positive, light, and happy outlook on the world keeps you from getting stressed out. Keep a smile on your face and in your heart, and you’ll be surprised how easy it can get dealing the universe in general.
