Skin Care Cosmetics: To Buy or Make at Home

For those who appreciate having skin that is healthy and radiant, they are sure to be eager to know more about making their own skin care and cosmetics items. It is possible to make one’s own skin care cosmetics and even start a small business in this direction. There are outlets that provide all the assistance, training as well as guidance needed in laying the right foundation in achieving success in the skin care and cosmetics industry. How to Make There is a great variety of high quality base and ready-made products available that makes it easy to buy or prepare one’s own skin care cosmetic products. One may, if one so wishes, learn to make one’s own skin care cosmetic products and these include bath bubbles, soaps, mascaras, as well as face masks. In order to make one’s own skin care cosmetics one may try making soaps with the help of pre-measured ingredients, containers, equipment as well as full instructions. It does not cost much and is far lower than retail stores. Another plus is that all of the ingredients are derived from nature-friendly raw materials that are safe to use. Making mascara is another facet of skin care and cosmetics and one can make nine different mascaras of various colors if one has the recipe and the know-how to make the mascara. It is possible to make one’s own mascara base cream and many packs come with 3×47gram mascara base creams, 3×10ml syringes, 3×70mm plastic hoses to attach the syringes, 3 spatulas, 10 mascara bottles, 2×10gram silk black mother of pearl color as well as 1×10gram purple mother of pearl color. It is also possible to make one’s own skin care cream and this would require having four liters of moisturizing cream and one liter of dry skin care cream that makes 166×30ml jars, which costs very little. Whether you choose to purchase skin care cosmetics or prefer to make them at home it is necessary that whatever skin care cosmetics you use, they should be able to penetrate deeply into the skin where problems start which may include spider veins, loose skin, skin firming on eyes or necks or face or body. There are many different creams available for face care. These may be natural based or chemical based; either way they are helpful in preventing wrinkles and providing protection from the sun. The choice is yours.

Anti-Aging and Botox Alternatives

Anti-Aging and Botox Alternatives

There are a number of products on the market that have been getting good reports for their ability to deliver the same results as Botox. While this will depend entirely on how they react with you there is a possibility that they will go some way towards helping to reduce wrinkles. It is unlikely that you will get results as good as can be achieved with Botox but there are still many people who are reluctant to use Botox and these alternatives might be sufficient for what is needed. The fact that Botox became so popular due to the success of the treatment spurred the cosmetics industry into action looking for alternatives that they could cash in with. These Botox alternatives are classed as line relaxers and the anti aging affect that they deliver is a result of the ingredients in their formulas that soften the lines on the face that are caused by frowning and smiling. The ingredients that are most commonly used in these products are peptides and neuro-peptides. As peptides are naturally occurring in the body many people are happier to use these than Botox. These peptides act on the muscles that cause the lines on the face and help to make the skin smoother.Other products use GABA which is the body’s natural muscle relaxant. Reports are mixed as to whether this has any positive affect on the reduction of wrinkles and if at all it would only target the smaller lines and certainly not offer anywhere near the benefits that can be gained from Botox treatment. As it is not possible to affect the underlying muscles in the area where this product is applied the manufacturers claim that the anti-aging affect that it will deliver is due to a combination of factors including the GABA and the other ingredients that they include in their formulas. While it might appear to be a more cost effective solution to your problem of wrinkles you will need to take into account the fact that Botox will have a greater impact at reducing lines and will last for several months at a time with most people.

A New Approach to Skin Care for Wrinkles

October 26th, 2008 by admin

A New Approach to Skin Care for Wrinkles

Most women and some men use skin care for wrinkles. However, are they using the right type of product? When purchasing a new wrinkle cream, why not try a natural product instead of a generic store bought brand that is full of chemicals. Yes, that is right, most skin care for wrinkles products found on store shelves are inferior products containing harmful chemicals that we should not be putting on our skin.Choosing the right product involves educating yourself on the actual ingredients in the product. Just because a company is well known and used popular celebrities to endorse their products does not mean that the product can be harmful. Using synthetic ingredients is cheaper than using natural organic ingredients and money is the bottom line for many involved in the cosmetics industry. If you can become educated on what constitutes safe ingredients then you can be assured that you are applying a safe product to your skin. Skin care for wrinkles is big business and there is countless number of products on the market these days. Do not be influenced by fancy packaging and big budget advertising. One of the best companies in the business does not use fancy packaging or big budget advertising. In fact, they are not even located in North America. This little company located in New Zealand uses all natural ingredients for its skin care for wrinkles products. Some of these ingredients such as manuka honey are only found in New Zealand. Another natural ingredient you should be on the look out for is Cynergy TK. It is a bioactive keratin from the wool of New Zealand sheep. It helps re-generate the skin and helps reduce wrinkles by making an invisible like layer on the surface of your skin. Manuka honey, which we mentioned earlier, has amazing anti-bacterial effects when it is applied to the skin. Natives of New Zealand have been using it for many years. You may not have heard of Phytessence Wakame, but it is also an important organic ingredient found in the best skin care for wrinkles products. This ingredient is an extract from a specific type of Japanese sea kelp, something they have been using for countless years for skin care as well.Jojoba oil is great for keeping your skin soft and smooth. This natural skin care for wrinkles ingredient is one you have likely heard of more than the other natural ingredients we have mentioned. When you shop for your new wrinkle cream, make sure it contains some or all of these natural ingredients.

Fashion & Cosmetics, Find an Effective Wrinkle Cure and Antiaging Skin Care

October 25th, 2008 by admin

I understand how much trouble you are having finding effective wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care products. Trust me, this is a problem that a lot of people have been having, and for a very long time. It’s a real shame too, because it really shouldn’t have to be this way. So why is it so difficult to find a product that does what it says that it will? The answer to that question is too easily answered I’m afraid. It’s because the major companies in the cosmetics industry are too cheap to give you quality ingredients in your creams and lotions. The practice of using only the lowest costing ingredients in your wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care creams is one that has long been recognized. The synthetic agents are available in large quantities, and they are simply less expensive than the all natural ingredients that they should be using. Many of these chemical ingredients are potentially harmful to your health, and use of the products containing them should be avoided. Technically, if the FDA was doing its job these chemicals would have already been banned from use in cosmetics products as they have been in other countries. There is not much that we as citizens can do to make this ban go forward other than to simply boycott the companies that produce these chemically tainted wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care products. If we hit them in their wallets I’ll be willing to bet they would begin to provide us with safe and healthy products. It’s amazing how just a little time on a soapbox can do to make a person feel better. Seriously though, we need more than the handful of companies out there that are refusing to use any ingredients that are known too or are even thought to possibly harm the health of a human being. These are the companies that we need to depend on for our cosmetics needs. If you are truly seeking wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care products that really work, then I suggest that you turn to the innovative company in New Zealand that holds the patent on a natural mixture of enzymes and peptide proteins that will regenerate the collagen and elastin that you have been losing over the years. With this newfound ability to stimulate the production rate of new skin tissue, your wrinkles and lines will fade away to nothing after just a few short weeks. You simply won’t believe your eyes as you see yourself continuously looking younger and younger as time goes by. It is truly that effective. Their wrinkle cure and antiaging skin care products are guaranteed to contain only natural ingredients, as the health of their clients is of the utmost importance to them. I know of no other company that is producing a higher quality or more effective line of creams and lotions than these people are. You can rest assured that you will be safe in their hands, and you can trust them on that. Laurel is a dedicated researcher of skin care health and products. She shares her research on her website http://www.beautiful-skin-site.com. Skin Care Products Guide

October 24th, 2008 by admin

In my search for the most effective skin care products I have learned many disturbing things about the cosmetics industry.  The lack of regulation that imposed on these cosmetics companies is astounding.  They seem to be allowed to put anything that they want into their products.

That is literally no exaggeration when I say that.  The number of toxins that can be found in the average cosmetic cream is positively frightening.  This can even be seen in most formulas the many people consider the best skin care products.

Monoethanolamine is a Danger

Just pick up a dozen or so different skin care products and try to read the ingredients label.  Do you know what monoethanolamine is?  A better question than that would be,” Do you know what that ingredient does, or is capable of doing to you during years of continuous use?”

Actually, I’ll explain what it is, and what it is capable of.  Monoethanolamine is one of a family of three chemicals used in even the best skin care products to adjust the pH level.  This chemical is known to cause allergic reactions, eye problems, and the trio has been banned in Europe as known carcinogens.

Carcinogen Risk to Your Health

That really sounds like a fine addition to the ingredients of your favorite skin care products doesn’t it.  There are many other chemicals commonly used in cosmetics that are also carcinogenic.  Others still that simply become toxic when absorbed into the body over a long period of time, causing all sorts of ill effects on the inner workings of your body.

The best skin care products also may contain an ingredient called phenol carbolic acid.  This additive can cause circulatory collapse, convulsions paralysis, and death due to respiratory failure.  How can the cosmetics companies be allowed to include chemicals in their creams that can literally take your life?

This problem with hazardous materials in skin care products is most prevalent here in the United States.  The European Union though has far more stringent regulations as to what ingredients can be included in cosmetics.

Safe Cosmetics - Finally Are Here  “The Compact for Safe Cosmetics” is an agreement signed by many of the highest rated producers in Europe.  These companies produce the best skin care products in the world, because they do it naturally.  Organic ingredients are more expensive to use than chemical additives are, but these manufacturers would rather give you a healthy product.

New Zealand Company Ranks at the Top

A company based in New Zealand is leading the way with innovative formulas and new discoveries.  Their research and development team has made some revolutionary breakthroughs that will change the business of skin care products.  Imagine if you could simply re-grow some of the collagen and elastin that you’ve lost over the years, how much younger you would look.

By the use of an enzyme derived from the wool of native New Zealand sheep, you can have naturally younger looking skin.  The formula is the first of its kind that works to stimulate the re-growth of your body’s own collagen stores.  With effective natural formulas like this one, they are truly striving to produce the finest skin care products ever made.

Health, How You Can Start Healing Wrinkles

October 23rd, 2008 by admin

Have you not exactly been thrilled with the performance of the instant wrinkle removers that you’ve tried? Healing wrinkles is a booming business nowadays, but you can’t always believe all of the claims that you see. These products will continue to disappoint you if you do. I hate to be the one to break it to you, but there are no such things as instant wrinkle removers. Although the product may contain some astringent features which will temporarily tighten up your skin it will just as easily wear off leaving you in the same state that you were in before. The truth is that healing wrinkles is not an immediately gratifying process. It takes time for you to make your skin younger looking, and it is a matter of weeks and not days. You have to figure that it took you literally years for your skin to begin to look the way that it does, so the process of fixing it is not going to work overnight. It is just good marketing that allows instant wrinkle removers to sell the way that they do. The cosmetics companies know that people want immediate gratification, so they try to convince people that they can look younger as easily as flipping a light switch. That’s just not the way that it works. In order to be effective at healing wrinkles your product has to address the three areas that are at the root of aging skin. These areas are the decline in production of collagen and elastin, the loss of hyaluronic acid due to enzymes that break the acid down, and oxidation from UV exposure. There aren’t any instant wrinkle removers that are capable of addressing these three key issues. There is however an anti aging skin treatment that does. The things that this cream is capable of doing are unheard of in the cosmetics industry. What we have here is a line of creams for healing wrinkles that will force your body to increase its production of both collagen and elastin. This act will go a long way towards fixing the problem of wrinkles and lines on your skin, giving you back a much more youthful look. You also will find no instant wrinkle removers that contain ingredients that will deactivate the enzymes that have been causing your skin to lose its hyaluronic acid content throughout the years. This product will allow for you to raise your hyaluronic acid level to that of a much younger person. The art of healing wrinkles would not be complete without destroying the harmful free radicals that have left your skin looking older than it should. Through the use of powerful antioxidants such as Cynergy TK, New Zealand active Manuka honey, Natural vitamin E, and CoenzymeQ10, your skin will be made radically younger looking. There are no instant wrinkle removers, but as you can see there are anti aging products that can offer you a more permanent solution to your problems if you will only have the patience to allow them to work. Laurel is a dedicated researcher of skin care health and products. She shares her research on her website http://www.beautiful-skin-site.com. Have Shiny And Healthy Hair Article - Health Articles

October 19th, 2008 by admin

Maintaining shiny and healthy hair is a desire of all, whether men or women. Healthy hair gives a beautiful look to the personality of the being, especially women. Everybody wishes to have strong hair that looks beautiful and smooth. For this, people try various types of products that are available in the market. These products are made by using chemicals and other substances that damage the hair quality and result in various hair problems like hair loss, whitening of hair and many others. To save one’s hair from these harmful chemicals, many people are shifting towards traditional and natural hair care products that have no side-effects and keep the hair healthy.

Nowadays, special attention is being given on taking healthy diet and exercising. Intake of proper nutrients in your diet helps in having healthy hair. A physical activity that involves rigorous exercise also aids in having a good health that in turn helps in maintaining strong hair. In addition, consuming natural foods also plays a significant role in taking minerals and vitamins that are free from preservatives, chemicals and other processed items.

Caring for your hair can be defined as the natural hair care that we do everyday by using natural items and eliminating the role of chemicals. Using a shampoo and conditioner, that are made from natural extracts will help tremendously in having beautiful hair. Most natural care products can be purchased from health food stores or natural food stores as natural products in the markets are not easily found.

Moreover, while purchasing natural products for your hair make sure that you are buying an original and pure product because due to tough competition in the cosmetics industry, various products are sold under the tag of ‘natural products’ but they are not actually pure. These products are less expensive as chemicals are mixed. So, pure products from a genuine store should be bought even if their rates are a bit expensive.

In addition, one should protect the hair from the excessive usage of curling iron, blow dryer, flat iron, coloring and various other things. By using these electrical appliances, it increases the exposure to heat and they contribute only in drying up and damaging your hair. It is also important to save one’s hair from the direct exposure to sun.

Keeping your hair healthy requires just a little effort in preparing natural products at home or finding these products from the market.

Prevent Face Wrinkles Safely & Naturally

October 16th, 2008 by admin

Products that prevent face wrinkles and products that help prevent wrinkles in general are difficult to find.  Tougher still may be to find products that are also safe yet effective and really natural.  But I have a nice surprise for you.  Keep reading. It should be easy to find a safe and effective cream to help prevent wrinkles given the sheer number of products available, but it doesn’t seem to be that way.  The majority of the products that are on the market contain ingredients that are either worthless for accomplishing the task at hand or are extremely dangerous. Dangerous Chemicals in Some Skin Care Products The cosmetics industries tendency to load down creams to prevent face wrinkles with unnecessary chemical agents is well known.  They would simply rather save money by using only low priced chemical agents than use higher quality, higher priced ingredients in order to present to you a better product. Creams that help prevent wrinkles simply should not be allowed to be produced using carcinogens and neurotoxins.  The regulators of the U.S. cosmetics industry, the Food and Drug Administration should clearly be doing more in the way of keeping the American citizen out of harm’s way by putting a stop to this madness. Botox and/or Botox Alternatives - Be Cautious Creams to prevent face wrinkles should also not contain ingredients such as Botox alternatives in them either.  These agents work by temporarily paralyzing the muscles beneath the skin which then stretches the skin out, thereby smoothing out the wrinkles.  This is dangerous in cream form. When Botox is used to help prevent wrinkles it is only allowed to be used in certain “safe” zones of the face.  A cream however is designed primarily for use about the entire face, thereby paralyzing muscles outside of the safe zone.  These areas will actually end up with skin that sags in an exaggerated manner. The FDA has said that it is looking at banning Botox alternatives to clinical use only, feeling that it is potentially dangerous to have an unlicensed person handling a muscle paralyzing agent.  If you look around carefully you will see that there are actually some healthy alternatives to prevent face wrinkles.  Skin Care Alternatives That Are Safe Take for example a natural protein blend that will stimulate the growth rate of your own collagen and elastin to help prevent wrinkles.  Functional Keratin is what the protein mix is called and it can be found only in Cynergy TK, an ingredient blend in a line of products made in New Zealand. Another excellent ingredient to prevent face wrinkles is Phytessence Wakame, a sea kelp extract from Japan.  This extract renders the enzyme inert that is lowering the levels of hyaluronic acid in your skin.  Once the enzymes are taken care of the acid levels raise back up to the levels of a much younger person. See my article on Japanese Skincare - 3 Super Secrets. These are two amazing ingredients to help prevent wrinkles.  You skin will return to the thick, firm, robust, vital skin that you possessed in days gone by. These ingredients are all natural, as are the rest of the ingredients that you will find in the New Zealand companies line.  See resource box for more information. Come try them out to experience true effectiveness.
