What is The Law of Attraction?
The law of attraction is the belief that like energy attracts like energy. What we %26ldquo;put out there%26rdquo; is what we receive back. This is a very powerful concept when you think about it. It basically states that we are ultimately responsible for everything that happens to us in our lives%26shy;good or bad. Once you embrace this idea you really have to let go of a victim mentality.The law of attraction is the idea that our thoughts can influence our lives significantly. Whatever we create in our minds we can then manifest in our lives as long as we are taking some kind of action. Because this applies for positive and negative thoughts, it is important to be aware of our negative thoughts and minimize them as much as possible.Did you know you have over 100 negative and only 6 positive thoughts in your mind in the course of one day?You can use several techniques to minimize your negative thoughts. Meditation is great for quieting the %26ldquo;ego chatter%26rdquo; in your head and helping you to really become aware of the thoughts racing through your head. Yoga is another practice used to better direct your energy flow. Positive affirmations repeated daily can also be an effective tool to keep your thought more positive throughout the day.The law of attraction can be used to attract prosperity, marriage; dream jobs truly anything you set your mind to you can achieve. Have you ever noticed that the people that you are close to in your life are like minded? That has to do with your energy drawing the people into your life that you feel most comfortable with.Our minds can easily setup expectations that then will play out in our daily lives. Did you ever have a day where everything seems to go wrong? It starts in the morning maybe you break something by accident; the newspaper isn%26rsquo;t delivered etc. and it sets our tone for the rest of the day. You may even catch yourself saying %26ldquo;what else is going to go wrong for me today?%26rdquo; At that point you are expecting something else to go wrong, and that is what you are %26ldquo;putting out there%26rdquo;. The law of attraction will not disappoint you it will send you just what you are anticipating another thing to go wrong!The law of attraction has been recently popularized by the movie and book %26ldquo;The Secret%26rdquo;.It has millions of people asking themselves, %26ldquo;can using the law of attraction bring wealth, love and happiness into my life?%26rdquo;

Are You Paying More to Eat Less? Weight-Loss Doesn’t Have to Drain Your Wallet Too!
So you%26rsquo;re dieting, you%26rsquo;re trying to lose weight. But then why does it seem like if you%26rsquo;re trying to eat less and trying to weigh less, that you%26rsquo;re spending more and more? With meal plans, you%26rsquo;ll be spending 100s of dollars a month for the food and shipping. Diet pills can quickly add up too, especially when they%26rsquo;re mostly over $50 dollars for each bottle! The new trend in %26ldquo;Calorie Counted Packs%26rdquo; which are supposed to help you snack smart cost more than just buying a whole box of whatever food you were after in the first place. It seems like there%26rsquo;s always a solution out there%26hellip;but it costs more than eating %26lsquo;normal food%26rsquo;!Why pay more to eat less?When you have MySeeds Chia on your side you can eat less%26hellip;for less! The secret of MySeeds is that they fill you up without draining your wallet. When you add these unique seeds to any food or drink you already like, they absorb 9 times their weight in liquid. They leave everything tasting the same, so you barely notice they%26rsquo;re there%26hellip;while you receive the benefit of feeling full while eating much less food. After all, when they absorb the liquid, they become 9 times larger. But how does it all work? MySeeds Chia Seeds are covered in a layer of soluble fiber. This fiber reacts when you add it to liquid and forms a big bead of gel around each seed. This gel has the flavor of the liquid, while the seeds don%26rsquo;t have a taste at all%26mdash;that%26rsquo;s how you can add them to nearly anything. Your body cannot easily remove the gel from the seed. It stays on throughout most of the digestive process, only being removed and used to hydrate you while in the intestines. This handy trick keeps your stomach thinking you%26rsquo;re full%26hellip;while all you really ate was a small portion of seeds and the drink of your choice.Savings Secrets %26amp; StatisticsWhat food company actually wants you to eat less food? People eating less means people buying less%26hellip;which is bad for the company%26rsquo;s bottom line. Studies have emerged that state the artificial sweeteners in diet sodas and low-calorie alternatives may actually lead people to eat more. Why? Your body recognizes that these chemicals are un-natural and non-nutritious. You don%26rsquo;t feel as satisfied, and you may even crave more food. It%26rsquo;s counter-productive on all levels. Artificial or pre-prepared foods are also more expensive. The more steps and chemicals that have to go into making something, the more it%26rsquo;s going to cost you.What about these seeds then? MySeeds Chia are grown without pesticides, and are a 100% plant product. Nothing is refined out, and nothing is added in. These are all natural and all nutritious. In this case, nature does NOT need to be improved upon. So far, nothing has yet been made that matches the nutritional punch of these seeds. (Nature at it%26rsquo;s best!) With 23% complete protein (yes, the same as that is found in meat) 6 times the calcium as found in milk, and omega 3 oils that you would usually have to eat lots of fish to get, they%26rsquo;re already hard to beat! When you add to that the fact that they can keep you feeling full PLUS the high fiber content that keeps you regular, you%26rsquo;ve really got a winner. Chia Seeds are also loaded with anti-oxidants, which act as a natural preservative, and are healthy for you to eat. The dry seeds will stay fresh for at least 2 years if kept in a dry place. The economy will get better%26hellip;but wouldn%26rsquo;t you like to %26ndash;always- have some extra money to play around with? And for that matter, wouldn%26rsquo;t you like to always have better health? With over 30 servings in every bag (plus bonus servings to prevent %26lsquo;hungry-days%26rsquo; or %26lsquo;snack attacks%26rsquo;) these Chia Seeds can help you accomplish your goals. At less than a dollar a day, they cost less than most diet pills, but unlike chemical concoctions, they%26rsquo;re safe and free of side-effects. With the ability to keep you feeling full, you won%26rsquo;t be tempted by expensive calorie-counting snacks or vending machine temptations. (Remember, if you get a .75 cent snack or drink on only 340 days of the year, that%26rsquo;s $255 dollars! Most people spend more than 1 dollar getting a snack or coffee.) It%26rsquo;s easy, inexpensive and delicious to lose weight and achieve better health when you go with Chia Seeds.

Get Wonderful Information on Bronchiolitis
Bronchiolitis is inflammation of the bronchioles, the smallest air passages of the lungs. Bronchiolitis starts out with signs and symptoms similar to those of a common cold but then progresses to coughing and wheezing. However, in babies and toddlers whose bronchioles are smaller and easier to plug, these viruses often cause bronchiolitis when inhaled. The illness affects infants and young children most often because their small airways can become blocked more easily than those of older children or adults. Although it’s often a mild illness, some infants are at risk for a more severe disease that requires hospitalization. Babies who attend day care are less likely to get bronchiolitis than those who stay home with a parent who smokes. Although a child’s bout of bronchiolitis may be scary, particularly for parents, signs and symptoms typically last for about a week and then go away. In the meantime, you can take a number of self-help measures to make your child more comfortable.Causes of BronchiolitisBronchiolitis is caused by a virus - in the majority of cases one called the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).Symptoms of BronchiolitisYour child will probably have a runny nose and a slight fever for 2 to 3 days. Then your child may begin to cough, breathe fast and wheeze (make a high-pitched whistling sound when breathing) for another 2 or 3 days.Treatment of BronchiolitisIf a baby is very distressed, and having trouble feeding, he may need to be admitted to hospital where he can be closely observed, given oxygen and sometimes fluid through a drip (intravenous therapy).Often the illness is mild, and does not need any special treatment.Intravenous (IV) fluids if your child is unable to drink well .Bronchodilating drugs are often used but efficacy not proven. If there is no clinical response after one treatment, use should be stopped. Home TreatmentThe best treatment for most kids is time to recover and plenty of fluids. Making sure a child drinks enough fluids can be a tricky task, however, because infants with bronchiolitis may not feel like drinking. They should be offered fluids in small amounts at more frequent intervals than usual.Prevention Most cases of bronchiolitis are not readily preventable because the viruses that cause the disorder are common in the environment. Careful attention to hand washing, especially around infants, can aid in the prevention or spread of respiratory viruses.Family members with an upper respiratory infection should be especially careful around infants. Wash hands frequently, especially before handling the child.

Get Wonderful Information on Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia, from the Greek roots schizein (%26amp;#963;%26amp;#967;%26amp;#943;%26amp;#950;%26amp;#949;%26amp;#953;%26amp;#957;, “to split”) and phr%26amp;#275;n, phren- (%26amp;#966;%26amp;#961;%26amp;#942;%26amp;#957;, %26amp;#966;%26amp;#961;%26amp;#949;%26amp;#957;-, “mind”), is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes a mental illness characterized by impairments in the perception or expression of reality, most commonly manifesting as auditory hallucinations, paranoid or bizarre delusions or disorganized speech and thinking in the context of significant social or occupational dysfunction. More specifically, certain areas of the brain that are rich in the chemical dopamine seem to be affected most often in schizophrenia. The contributing factors associated with the development of these brain-pathway problems are controversial and are being carefully investigated. Some of the areas of current research include risk-associated genes, exposure to certain viruses or malnutrition in the womb, and stressful childhood environments in genetically susceptible children. People with catatonic schizophrenia may also need services, supervision or specialized care particularly when response to treatment isn’t optimal. People who have schizophrenia may seem different from other people. They may seem to show fewer emotions than others. They may keep to themselves and withdraw from social contact. At times they may seem slowed down, as if they don’t have enough energy.Causes of Catatonic SchizophreniaCommon Causes and Risk factors of Catatonic SchizophreniaPsychological problems.Biological ( Early brain development.).Brain abnormality.Environmental factors.Signs and Symptoms of SchizophreniaSchizophrenia often starts slowly. When the symptoms first appear, usually in adolescence or early adulthood, they may seem more bewildering than serious.In the early stages, people with schizophrenia may find themselves losing the ability to relax, concentrate or sleep. They may start to shut long-time friends out of their lives. Work or school begins to suffer; so does their personal appearance. During this time, there may be one or more episodes where they talk in ways that may be difficult to understand and/or start having unusual perceptions. DiagnosisDiagnosis is based on the self-reported experiences of the person as well as abnormalities in behavior reported by family members, friends or co-workers, followed by secondary signs observed by a psychiatrist, social worker, clinical psychologist or other clinician in a clinical assessment. There is a list of criteria that must be met for someone to be so diagnosed. These depend on both the presence and duration of certain signs and symptoms.Treatment for Catatonic SchizophreniaAntipsychotic medication shortens the duration of psychosis in Schizophrenia, and prevents recurrences (but psychotic relapses can still occur under stress). Usually it takes years before individuals can accept that they have Schizophrenia and need medication. When individuals stop their antipsychotic medication, it may take months (or even years) before they suffer a psychotic relapse. Most, however, relapse within weeks. After each psychotic relapse there is increased intellectual impairment.Individual psychotherapy, which can help the person better understand his or her illness, and learn coping and problem-solving skills.Family therapy, , which can help families deal more effectively with a loved one who has schizophrenia, enabling them to better help their loved one.Prompt and effective treatment can certainly make a difference. Treatment includes counselling, social support and rehabilitation. In addition anti-psychotic medicines are available to treat the worst symptoms of the illness, such as hallucinations, but there is no “cure” at present.Researchers are learning more and more about how the brain works. With this information, better medicines with fewer side effects can be developed so that people who have schizophrenia can live without being limited by their illness.

Get Wonderful Information on Cellulitis
Cellulitis is an inflammation of the connective tissue underlying the skin, that can be caused by a bacterial infection. Cellulitis can be caused by normal skin flora or by exogenous bacteria, and often occurs where the skin has previously been broken: cracks in the skin, cuts, blisters, burns, insect bites, surgical wounds, or sites of intravenous catheter insertion. It may happen in normal skin, but it usually occurs after some type of trauma causes an opening in your skin. Bacteria usually enter through small breaks in the epidermis that result from scrapes, punctures, burns, and skin disorders such as dermatitis (see Itching and Noninfectious Rashes: Dermatitis ) Areas of the skin that become swollen with fluid (edema) are especially vulnerable. The main bacteria involved in cellulitis is Staphylococcus (”staph”), the same bacteria that causes many cases of impetigo. Occasionally, other bacteria may cause cellulitis as well. Left untreated, the spreading bacterial infection may rapidly turn into a life-threatening condition. That’s why it’s important to recognize the signs and symptoms of cellulitis and to seek immediate medical attention if they occur.Causes of CellulitisThe skin normally has many types of bacteria living on it, but intact skin is an effective barrier that keeps these bacteria from entering and growing within the body. When there is a break in the skin, however, bacteria can enter the body and grow there, causing infection and inflammation. The skin tissues in the infected area become red, hot, irritated and painful.Cellulitis is most common on the lower legs and the arms or hands, although other areas of the body may sometimes be involved.Symptoms of CellulitisCellulitis typically begins as a small, inflamed area of pain, swelling, warmth, and redness on a child’s skin. As this red area begins to spread, the child may begin to feel sick and develop a fever, sometimes with chills and sweats. Swollen lymph nodes (commonly called swollen glands) are sometimes found near the area of infected skin. Cellulitis is not contagious.Treatment of CellulitisOral or intravenous (IV) antibioticsWarm, wet dressings on the infection siteSurgical interventionIf you have an extremity (arm or leg) that is affected, your physician may have you elevate the extremity and decrease the amount of activityMost patients can be treated with oral antibiotics at home, usually for 5 to 10 days. However if there are signs of systemic illness or extensive cellulitis, treatment may require intravenous antibiotics. Treatment for uncomplicated cellulitis is usually for 10 to 14 days but antibiotics should be continued until all signs of infection have cleared (redness, pain and swelling) - sometimes for several months.PreventionYou can prevent cellulitis by protecting your child’s skin from cuts, bruises, and scrapes. This may not be easy, especially if you have an active child who loves to explore or play sports. If your child does get a scrape, wash the wound well with soap and water. Apply an antibiotic ointment and cover the wound with an adhesive bandage or gauze.

Get Wonderful Information on Chalazion
A chalazion (plural chalazia), also known as a meibomian gland lipogranuloma, is a cyst in the eyelid that is caused by inflammation of a blocked meibomian gland, usually on the upper eyelid. This lump, which may feel like a small smooth pea in the eyelid, is usually just a little further back from the edge of the eyelid. If the lesion is large, vision in the involved eye may be blurred or distorted. Inflammation and pointing may sometimes occur, and the tiny associated abscess may spontaneously drain. In many cases, however, the chalazion becomes chronic , and the patient presents desiring removal. Treatment initially involves application of warm compresses in attempt to cause spontaneous drainage. Antibiotics , both topically and orally, are of little use. If the patient desires, the chalazion can usually be surgically opened and drained as a minor in-office procedure. Some patients, especially those with rosacea, are prone to recurrences.Causes of ChalazionThe narrow opening through which a meibomian gland secretes its material can become clogged from narrowing of the opening or hardening of the sebaceous liquid near the opening. If this occurs, the gland will have a backup of the material it secretes and it will swell. This leads to thickening of the walls of the gland and leakage of oil into the lid itself, causing inflammation both within the gland and the eyelid. This inflamed enlargement is a chalazion.Symptoms of ChalazionA stye usually starts as a red bump that looks like a pimple along the edge of the eyelid. * As the stye grows, the eyelid becomes swollen and painful, and the eye may water. * Most styes swell for about 3 days before they break open and drain. * Styes usually heal in about a week.Treatment of ChalazionIn the early stages, chalazia may be treated at home with the repeated use of warm compresses for 15 - 20 minutes followed by several minutes of light lid massage. This helps to reduce the swelling and makes the lid more comfortable.Instructing your child not to squeeze or rub the chalazionHaving your child wash his/her hands frequentlyNevertheless, owing to the risks of infection and severe damage to the eyelid, such procedures should only be performed by a doctor.Rarely chalazia may reoccur and these will be biopsied to help rule out tumors.

Get Wonderful Information on Chicken Pox
Chickenpox is a common illness among kids, particularly those under age 12. An itchy rash of spots that look like blisters can appear all over the body and may be accompanied by flu-like symptoms. About one of every 100 children infected with chickenpox will develop a severe lung infection (pneumonia), an infection of the brain (encephalitis), or a problem with the liver. Adolescents and adults who develop chickenpox are also at high risk of developing serious complications. After a person has chickenpox, the virus typically lives silently in the nervous system of the body for the rest of a person’s life. It may reactivate (come to life again) at any time when the body’s immune defenses are weakened by stress or illness (such as cancer or HIV infection) or by medications that weaken the immune system. Later in life, viruses remaining dormant in the nerves can reactivate causing localised eruptions of shingles. This occurs particularly in people with compromised immune systems, such as the elderly, and perhaps even those suffering sunburn. Unlike chickenpox which normally fully settles, shingles may result in persisting post-herpetic neuralgia pain.Causes of Chicken PoxChickenpox is caused by the varicella-zoster virus. It can spread easily. You can get it from an infected person who sneezes, coughs, or shares food or drinks. You can also get it if you touch the fluid from a chickenpox blister.A person who has chickenpox can spread the virus even before he or she has any symptoms. Chickenpox is most easily spread from 2 to 3 days before the rash appears until all the blisters have crusted over.Symptoms of Chicken Pox# A rash that usually begins on the body and face and later often spreads to the scalp and limbs.# It may also spread to the mucous membranes especially in the mouth and on the genitals.# The rash is often itchy.# It begins as small red spots which develop into blisters in a couple of hours.# After one or two days, the blisters turn into scabs.# New blisters may appear after three to six days.# The number of blisters differs greatly from one person to another.Is there a treatment for chickenpox?In 1992, acyclovir was approved by the U. S. Food and Drug Administration for treatment of chickenpox in healthy children. However, because chickenpox tends to be mild in healthy children, most physicians do not feel that it is necessary to prescribe acyclovir.Taking good care of the skin and not itching may prevent infections that can be caused by bacteria that get into the skin. Your doctor may recommend a cream to help reduce the itch.Can you catch chickenpox again once you have had it?In most cases, getting chickenpox once means you will not get it again. This is called life-long immunity. But in rare cases, a person might get it again.
